Research service

CleanupSignal provides source-linked environmental project research for Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. Coverage is incomplete. A funding selection is not an open solicitation, executed contract, available contractor budget or guarantee of work. Review official notices, eligibility rules, mandatory meetings, deadlines and amendments before acting. Procurement authorities control their notices; CleanupSignal is independent of those authorities.

Company access

Use an email you control. Company owners manage membership and billing. Shared watchlists and notes are visible within your company. Keep invitation links private and invite only authorized colleagues. The service may suspend excess seats when a plan expires or is downgraded.

Proposed subscriptions

Starter is proposed at $19/month or $190/year for one seat; Team at $29/month or $290/year for three seats; Business at $49/month or $490/year for eight seats. Public project research remains free. Paid features may include company collaboration and opted-in automated bid alerts. No specific number of qualifying bids, contract awards or revenue is promised.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Checkout remains disabled while the seller details, payment account and commercial policies are finalized. Selecting a plan or submitting a pilot inquiry does not charge you or start a subscription. Before paid launch, checkout must disclose the verified seller, total amount, billing interval, recurring renewal and applicable cancellation/refund terms. The planned billing portal will let owners manage payment methods and cancel future renewal. Existing manually agreed pilot services are governed by their written agreement.

Email and service availability

Automated digests require opt-in and a connected delivery service. No matching bids may mean no email. Upstream outages or overdue data can pause delivery. Follow-up dates recorded in a watchlist are not a promise of automatic reminders. Report errors to support, including the affected project’s official source link.

Public briefing and support

The matched briefing uses your selected jurisdictions and services and excludes funding signals, expired notices and records with overdue verification. A download is not a scheduled delivery or subscription. If nothing matches, the page explains that rather than inventing opportunities. Report corrections through Help & corrections. The source-status page identifies manual references separately from connected collectors.

These terms describe the currently available public research and support tools. Account features are described as planned. Paid subscriptions are not open. Commercial seller information and final billing policies must be completed before checkout is enabled.
